Operation of ICT systems, customer service, expert and manufacturer support
Customer support and/or system support is an important area of Netvisor’s activity, which can be divided into two parts.
One part of the service is to ensure that the IT, communication and application systems installed for the customer operate with the security, availability and efficiency required by their business activities, using the Netvisor operation support platform as a SaaS or outsourcing framework, or using the Customer’s existing support tool.
Another part of the service is that we provide the Customer with support activities in the required layers, devices, and environments using some kind of operation support solution, and our specialists provide full operation activities in the desired layers, devices, and environments. We use the Customer’s existing manufacturer’s support for operational activities, but we can also provide it if required.
We provide our service with highly qualified professionals, in addition to the operation of a service provider background supported by the most modern hardware and software tools, in a way that fits the needs of our customers, during working hours or even 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
